Hey everyone-
Tonight is the big night!!!

We are very excited for our Ice Cream Social tonight.

Come meet our Associate Board's Co-Chairs, Kelly Cochran (right) and Sarah Noe, tonight at the social.

Glacier Ice Cream South (corner of Baseline and Foothills Pkwy) and twenty30 (The Mental Health Center's Young Professionals group) have come together to give you the opportunity of a lifetime.
They are having an ice cream social tonight from 5- 9 p.m. to support those with mental illness and try and eliminate the stigma. Come support these young professionals as they try and take on the world!!
At any given time, Glacier has 50+ flavors of ice cream in their freezers. They also serve gelato, coffee, frozen yogurt, gelato and smoothies!
Do not miss this opportunity to help out and stand up for people who dont have a voice. You wont be sorry!

BringChange2Mind.org

Help us fight the stigma against mental illness. Visit the website BringChange2Mind.org for ways you can help. There are many ways to stand up against the negativity, and most dont all include giving money.

SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) launched BringChange2Mind.org to make learning about mental illness and getting help easy. On this site, you can tell your story, get facts about mental illness, get help or get involved. **At the very least, watch the videos.** They are immensely powerful and provide wonderful stories about everyday people, like you and me, who are living with mental illness and those who support them.

"1 in 6 adults and almost 1 in 10 children suffer from a diagnosable mental illness. Yet, for many, the stigma associated with the illness, can be as great a challenge as the disease itself. This is where the misconceptions stop. This is where bias comes to an end. This is where we change lives. Because this is where we Bring Change 2 Mind." ~BringChange2Mind.org
