BringChange2Mind.org
Help us fight the stigma against mental illness. Visit the website BringChange2Mind.org for ways you can help. There are many ways to stand up against the negativity, and most dont all include giving money.
SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) launched BringChange2Mind.org to make learning about mental illness and getting help easy. On this site, you can tell your story, get facts about mental illness, get help or get involved. **At the very least, watch the videos.** They are immensely powerful and provide wonderful stories about everyday people, like you and me, who are living with mental illness and those who support them."1 in 6 adults and almost 1 in 10 children suffer from a diagnosable mental illness. Yet, for many, the stigma associated with the illness, can be as great a challenge as the disease itself. This is where the misconceptions stop. This is where bias comes to an end. This is where we change lives. Because this is where we Bring Change 2 Mind." ~BringChange2Mind.org
