Mental Health Awareness Week
Mental Illness Awareness Week: Get educated! Fact #5 - 2008 American College Health Assn. Survey found that 30% of college students reported that at some point in the last 12 months, they felt so depressed it was hard to function. Ten percent of those surveyed had been diagnosed or treated for depression, and 6% reported they had seriously considered suicide...It is important that we are there for one another. Be kind, thoughtful and understanding. All someone may need is for you to listen.
